First day of the SYD-2(19/08/08),all the Penampang Youth had gather at Penampang Sport Complex around 12pm waiting for busses that had been chartered.
Around 12.50pm,a prayer before going to Ranau had been done lead by Mr.Meo.
1pm-all the participants ready to go!!but not for me,need to buy reload coupon asked by Leslie.Oh man,waste my time....
1.40pm-Yeah!!!even i drove my car 30 minutes late than the busses,we catch up with them at Tamparuli.Catch up with all the 5 busses and now just followed them at their tail.Because even I don't know where is Kg.Kibbas which is suppose to be the place for us Penampang Youth are,so hopefully by following them,we will reach the same place.
1.55pm-Now,the road are going uphill,tired so when to sleep in car and switch driver with me by Eric@Bunto.
3.20pm-The first bus we followed stop for rest at a stop pit.Rest for about 30 minutes before we go on.
4.00pm-We reach Kundasang.move on move on....
4.30pm-Here is the Main part!!!!Accident occurs!!!we were about 1 car behind the bus we followed early when it go for downhill.The bus driver try to slow down by braking but it did't work so try to use hand brake but also failed.So,I think the bus driver use the gear to slow it down because we can heard the sound of gear box cracking from our car.Suddenly,when it reach a S pin corner,the bus almost struct a taxi,but however the taxi driver avoid it...thank godness!!!but,it did't stop there,the bus hit a lorry in front of it and luckily the bus stop and went to the side of the road after it hit the lorry.OMG!!!when we saw the insident,We who were at tail of the bus rush out from our car to check them out.Smoke came out from the bus,thanks god NO ONE WERE HURTS DURING THIS INCIDENTS.....here the senario.
